Obviously not Clayton Girls. Strangly enough the town which was organized by The Washington Brick and Lime had written laws forbiding Liquor Estrablishments or sales within the City limits. There is no known word as to when these laws were abolished or if in fact they ever were. It just might be they were later ignored or not enforced.
